I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hostel while I was in Sarajevo! It had been recommended to me in advance and I can understand why. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt so welcome and at home. The staff are incredibly friendly, the breakfast that’s included is delicious, the rooms are very modern and have really comfy beds, and common area is great for hangouts at any time (and the kitchen is fully equipped too!). The staff let you know about lots of great events going on, walking tours and museums to check out, and Šejla, one of the main staff and receptionists there, even invited myself and some friends out one evening to a soccer game, Christmas market, and a sisha bar, which was awesome! Highly recommended - it definitely helped to make my stay in Sarajevo as incredible as it was! Thank you for a great experience!

The location is really good. It is in the middle of the town and it is really clean.
Just the breakfast is a bit too less to call it breakfast. But with the price you pay, you can have breakfast outside.

Cool little hostel in a great location. Has pod style beds for privacy and breakfast is included. Not far from the bus or train station just take tram number that will bring you close to the entrance.

Experience completely ruined after what was three fantastic nights at a lovely hostel.

During our stay, we decided to pay for the hostel so we could budget more accordingly for the following few days. This was after we was told we could pay whenever we like.

On leaving the hostel, we were told they had no record of us paying, just two days prior.

The same woman, who sadly is a thief and a liar demanded we pay again. This is after finding footage on the CCTV of us handing over payment in full! (See photos)

We had extremely rude and abrupt phone call with the owner of the hostel and then the police were called.

Sadly we had to pay AGAIN orherwise we risked arrest and missing our flights to Germany. We just made our flights. The hostel was around £10 per night so it wasn't the money but the principal.

We have stayed at probably 20+ hostels during the past few years and never had an experience like this.

A fantastic hostel and experienced ruined by this inept, incompetent member of staff. Warn against stopping here but if you have already booked here, I would strongly suggest paying just when you leave so you don't run the risk of having to pay twice.
