A very modern and well equiped hotel, rooms are nice, quiet and the bathroom is huge. The restaurant staff is friendly and they have a good choice of meals and very good wines. contrary to a lot of others restaurant in Kiev, here there are no "girls" in the bar/hall waiting for expatriated man... a nice change! The only problem is that there is no private parking for the hotel's guests.

As with all other Ibis hotels, I got exactly what I expected; clean and quiet room, reasonable selction of food and drink, and a good night's sleep. Satisified customer!

Unlike other Ibis hotels, the electronic systems are very slow: 35 mins to check in (no queue!), 20 mins to check out, 10 mins to process credit card in restaurant. Not the fault of the staff, who were very apologetic, kind and helpful. Maybe internet speed etc is a local problem, not just the Ibis? In any case, it needs sorting before the hotel is at full capacity for Euro 2012 next summer!

New hotel opened mid August 2011. Staff were fantastic, especially Artum (on reception). The hotel is very modern and the restaurant has western style meals, pasta etc. Breakfast is fairly basic. Location is excellent, near a large mall. Within walking distance to all major attractions. Easily do a walking loop. Airport transfers to this hotel should not cost more than 250 UAH. I stayed an extra night because i was so impressed. Had a room on the 8th floor which overlooked the city, but the wi-fi signal was not very strong. Staff happily changed my room, very impressive. I had rooms on the 10th & 7th floor. Weekend rates (660 UAH) seem to be cheaper. Free wi-fi in the room is a real bonus too.

Room Tip: ask for a room overlooking the gardens. also, rooms on the 8th floor facing the city do not seem to pick up a strong wi-fi signal.

Nicely located approx 2 kms from City center. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Thought I hope they add few more hot dishes to the menu.

Comfortable rooms and recommended for people looking for modern yet contemporary rooms and good shower facilities

Room Tip: Rooms which are deluxe are slightly known to be bigger. Superior desire a bit more space. However no comfort missing.

The hotel opened just several months ago. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean even if small. The sound isolation is perfect. The reception is very efficient in ordering taxis. The breakfast is ok. The hotel is within an easy reach from Krestchatic and the most central streets by public transport as well: a bus stop just to the left of the hotel's entrance and the tube / underground "Universitet" within a 5 min walk. For a 3 star hotel, it is excellent.

Room Tip: ask for a room overseeing the botanical garden
