I'm always skeptical about small hotels located in the center of town as they can attract sketchy people, however, this one is exceptional! We were very impressed with everything. The front desk woman was very pleasant, our room was spacious, quiet, had good water pressure and most importantly- CLEAN. The building and grounds are maintained. The hotel sits far enough off the road that traffic noise is non-existent and there is plenty of parking on property. A microwave, mini fridge and 2 chairs to use on the balcony, (all the second floor rooms have a balcony), were nice perks for an affordable price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be visiting the Auburn area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I just stayed at the Center Street Value Inn in Auburn and it suited my needs. I came to do some antiquing and found the location very convenient to where I wanted to explore and there were also many restaurants and businesses nearby. The Inn was a bit old but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing in the evening as there were a good amount of cable stations available on the TV. They also provided extra pillows. Would stay again. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent place for an affordable overnight in the Auburn-Lewiston area. Very convenient and clean. Comfortable stay. Good location. Easy in, easy out. And owner very friendly, always on hand to help and answer questions.
