Fairly centrally located. Real old word building. Very historical.
We went there mid summer and stumbled across this gem

I came here first for the art and then for the building.
The building is a historical monument of the Islamic culture and a representative example of the Islamic architecture. The Hamam (Turkish Bath) was built in the second half of the 15th century by Daut Pasha.
The building was restored and adapted for the new function, art gallery, in 1948. Some other reconstructions were done in 1982, 1999 and the current status was finalized in 2001. The National Gallery of Macedonia displays in Daut Pasha Hamam a review of the development of the Macedonian fine art from the 14th to 20th century. The exhibition that I visited was much orientated to modern and contemporary art, art created by Macedonian artists and artists from former Yugoslav area.
The admission fee is only 50 denars, the photo is allowed for no extra fee, visiting hours daily 10am to 8pm, except Monday.

You wont miss it if you are within the stone bridge of Skopje. Located north from Macedonia Square ( across the stone bridge) & next to St.Dimitrija Church & Mother's fountain

Houses part of the Macedonian National Gallery, but the art may be an acquired taste. The building, on the other hand, a former Turkish bath, is fascinating and worth the 50 Denar admission by itself.
