Really good place to stay, and among the cheapest places to stay on Norfolk Island. It is close to the airport and Burnt Pine. We were given free transfers to and from the airport.
The continental breakfast included in the room price is excellent and a great way to begin the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, the laundry cheap, and all in all we had a great stay.
The lawn does have prickles, so do wear shoes if walking on it, but aside from that minor point this is a great place to stay and highly recommended.
The ocean view rooms have a terrific view of Phillip Island, and Kingston is a 2 km walk down hill (coming back requires a bit of energy).
