Hard to describe the treatment we just experienced. We paid a non refundable room rate and were unable to make our flight the night before. We were not expecting a refund, but since we paid for the room, were were expecting to have access when we arrived early the next day to shower. After lecturing us for 10 minutes about how we should be grateful and how we were bad people for not arriving on time, this after we had just paid $500. Gabriella did eventually give us a room after shaming us. My complaint is around the attitude of the manager. Worst customer service I’ve encounter in a long time.
The place is ok, but I hope the hotel addresses the behavior of their staff.
