While this restaurant is more expensive than most in town, it is worth it. The chef improved on nature's delicious oysters by adding grapefruit ice, just a touch. Excellent idea. The striped bass was superbly prepared and presented. Perfectly cooked. I was particularly impressed by the selections of wines by the glass that featured the best producers from northern Italy. The wine list has obviously been put together by someone who knows Italian wine.
