After wandering around the village, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. With inclement weather in the forecast, we were hoping to tuck into this charming tavern. We scored, and I mean scored reserved seats at the bar. Where we encountered...Caityln. Awesome service, great personality and all around fun person.

We chose a cup of chowder...rich and delicious. Caesar salad was crisp and flavorful. But the highlight was the braised short ribs and Bolognese.
Perfection. Accompanied by a great Bordeaux. Finishing the night with a maple mousse topped with chantilly creme was just...so right.

In our annual trek to Nantucket, we have had some fantastic meals. This certainly ranks in the top 3, and the comfortable friendly atmosphere is perfect.

After dining at some of the "big name places" in town, we absolutely bumped into this intimate restaurant and had the best meal of our stay. Bouillabaisse for me, swordfish in a Japanese vegetable broth for my wife. Both were superb and in comparison, the prices were extremely reasonable.

Our waiter was great (aside from the usual, our table was next to a speaker and he kindly turned down the volume).

If we come back, we'll go back.

Can't get enough of the Tree Bar. Great service and great variety for lunch. A cool spot hidden in town .So good that Michael Moore even dropped in to check it out.

We go to nantucket every year, it has been at least 5 since we dined here. What a pleasant visit we had. We are a family of 6, 5 were enjoying Nantucket and had 5 FANTASTIC meals. We tend to have a hard time all being satisfied but each meal bolognese to salmon were delicious and we will be back again soon.
Cheers!
