Walking into this old town is like entering a giant museum, everything here is historical and maintained in a very good state. Definitely worth a visit.

We really liked the old city at day on night all the time
It is not very big but so picturesque. The fountains the buildings the churches the walls all around. We spent few days we took a tour to get some explanation about the city and we loved this place

If I’m Dubrovnik- a must visit! :-)
Walk the city walls (must buy ticket) there are checkpoints along the way so keep your ticket with you!
Have an ice cream and try the burak from the bakeries... great place for photos.

What a beautiful place to wander around an drink in the atmosphere. We spent the day off our ship wandering around the old town exploring all the small side streets and stalls. We could have spent another day and still not seen it all. Dubrovnik is a truly beautiful city with so much history, old and new. We took the cable car up the mountain to the restaurant for lunch and the view was amazing. then finished our day on the waterfront with drinks and a view of the marina before boarding our ship. I hope to return for longer as the day trip gave us just a test of what they have to offer.

Traveled here off-season (February). Highly recommend visiting at this time if you are interested in the history and architecture. No tourist crowds, very laid back and wonderful atmosphere.
