I went to Yalta intourist hotel with my family, this was our fifth or six time here and we love the hotel very much, it offering a lot of attractions to all the ages especially for families, theres a 4 pools in the hotel, kids pool, infinity pool, jumping pool and the main pool, in the pool area theres a two new attractions, waterslides and a pirate boat with water slides for kids, theres a two play area for kids and my little brother had a lot of fun there! one of the great things of the hotel it is his zoo, its very nice small zoo with a monkeys, tigers and some more cool animals, all the kids found the zoo very enjoyable.
for the people who want to go the sea theres a lift in the hotel that going directly to the sea and there's a private hotel's beach and a lot of restaurants.
in the evenings theres a kids and adults shows and we found it very enjoyable.
in twenty minutes walking you can get to the city center and the promenade.
the rooms are excellent and very comfortable(we had the renovated room).
the breakfast was very tasty and offered a lot of options like porridge, cereal, croissants, sausages, omelets, jams, pancakes and a lot more.
for the people who want to stay in fit along the vacation theres a great gym with fantastic view, and for the people who want to relax during the vacation theres a spa and two nice saunas.
people who doesn't know Russian can to arrange easily in the hotel, all the signs are in Russian and English but out of the hotel its little bit harder to find English menu or English speaker in the city.
the hotel is offering shuttle from simferofol airport what very convenient.
I am recommend the hotel very much, he is great for summer vacation to families, couples and to all.

Overall my experience was not bad. The location is good, between mountains and sea. The view is great. Also you can find small zoo on the territory of the hotel, stuff are really doing good job in taking care of animals in the winter and summer both. All the animals and their cages are clean and healthy. The hotel and all the restaurants it has are luxurious comparing to the rest in Crimea. Also u will find nice swimming pools, clean and big ones. The breakfast meal was ok, not bad food variety and tasty also, but the service wasn't there. Waitress just stand and waiting for the end of the day, all they want is u to finish faster) All the decorations, style and design is cool n trendy. The rooms are very small, we took a standard room. However the service in the hotel is very pooooooor. I will give score of minus even. You do not have shower gel, soap and even water! They give it as complementary only on check in! I had requested service several times and no one even came to us, so basically room service is not available. On the weekend they switch off the landline to call for service. Its clean and fine, but some rust are there.

It is a little far from center but a normal and big hotel.you will have a nice view to city and sea when you are in top floors. Consider the distance of hotel to the center.rooms and accomodation and every thing is average

The hotel is nestled in the middle of a park, you are surrounded by mountain, forest and sea views wherever you look. The amenities are amazing. There are 20 restaurants on sight, lots of play and activity areas for kids, entertainment nightly. Private beach access and olympic size pool. Infinity salt water pool overlooking the black sea, sauna, spa, salt cave, and a zoo that is spread out amongst the grounds. You could only stay here for the entire length of your visit and have something to do everyday, but they also have a tourist bureau that offers very affordable excursions. There are hotel taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go, as well. The service was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, fresh, and comfortable. There is air-conditioning in every room. They also have shuttles that go to and from Simferopol airport (1:30-2 hrs away), which is a great perk. Highly recommend to families with kids, there is a ton to keep them entertained.

Yalta Intourist is a big hotel resort at the black sea. It has multiple restaurants, a zoo, multiple pools (inclusive an olympic seized pool), 2 saunas (1 outdoor sauna at the pool), a private beach area (but be aware of that it's not a sandy beach)...
The hotel is located outside of Yalta. In case you want to make a trip you have to book a boat trip or you need a taxi etc... At the beach different boat trips are being offered..
In the evening the hotel offers nice shows.
A negative point is that the standard hotel rooms are of lower standard, average at best. The bathrooms are badly soundproofed. But nevertheless sleeping was not a problem. Apart from the rooms the hotel is great and I would come definitely again.
Don't forget that there are only almost Russian-speaking guests in the hotel and also the staff speaks hardly English, only at the reception you will be able to communicate in English ;) So it's highly recommendable to learn at least the basics in Russian before you visit the hotel.

Room Tip: If you can choose a rooms in the lower levels, so you can take the stairs instead of waiting for the busy elevators.
