While an older, and not a luxurious property, it is comfortable and well-maintained. Coming and going can be a bit of an adventure since there is no place for a car to stand on the busy street! Traveling in Crimea can be an adventure, since only Russian-issued credit cards or ATM's will work, so all foreigners must bring enough cash. The hotel asks for everything to be paid up-front (luckily we didn't have to change money for our 4-night stay). They are definitely not used to seeing foreign tourists, but most of the front-desk personnel spoke English. No such luck in the restaurant or elsewhere, so it helps to speak some Russian. No non-Russian language channels on the TV either. Internet worked pretty well. Elevators were pretty quick. Breakfast buffet was pretty good for a 3-star. Nice location if you want to be by the boardwalk. They only give you one water bottle per stay, but there is a water cooler in the hallway...

Room Tip: Our rooms faced the street yet were quiet (4th floor)

Of the minuses: a dark room in which there is not enough light, you need more towels and a little better to clean up, inflated cost.
From the pros: delicious and varied breakfast, great location, balcony, nice staff.

Из минусов: темный номер в котором не хватает света, надо больше полотенец и немного лучше прибирать, завышенная стоимость.
Из плюсов: вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, удобное расположение, балкон, приятный коллектив.

We liked our three nights stay in this hotel. The location is great, very close to all the interesting sights in Yalta. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is good and friendly. They even have swimming pool and small spa the guests can use. Nice place

The hotel is placed near Yalta embamkment, its shopping area and Massandra beach. Rooms are nice and quiet. Breakfast is either buffet or continental. I recommand this hotel and will for sure go back there on my next trip to Yalta.

Room Tip: rooms in upper floor have better view

I had a business room with sea view in historic part of building.
Comfortable bed. It is a very good 3 Star hotel at reasonable fair rates. A top location. There are a pizzeria and fantastic restaurant Bristol in building. Hotel guests get 10% discount

There are different categories of rooms and I was offered to see mine before check in. And I was happy with the view from room 514
