We thought when we checked into this very modern hotel, that we would have a wonderful experience.
After a great guided tour through the old town (even in the pouring rain), we decided to eat at the hotel. The food wasn't the best we had and the prices were higher than in the other restaurants.
When we went to our room, I pulled back the covers and the sheet was filthy. I called and the front desk promptly had one delivered (it was late). When we checked out, I said something and the front desk person said "We heard" - no apology, no compensation, nothing.
I expect more from Ramada.More
