My friends reserved online through booking and it was first time to stay in this hotel .
It consists of three buildings and the flats in those building they divided it to rooms also it contains a swimming pool and our room was on the view of the montzah gate also the Sea view also each room had a free WiFi also I tried their laundry and it was good and they needs to add more variaty on the breakfast open buffet .
Also beside the hotel fathallah supper market for purchasing any missing staff you need

Located next to the Sheraton, right across Montazah Gardens it is located almost at the end of Alexandria's Corniche. The rooms are located on lower two floors in a building like many in Alexandria, 10 to 20 stories high. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, the wifi only worked in the lobby, but that happened a couple of times during my stay in Egypt in different hotels. Only one in 5 had wifi in the room. There are enough restaurants in the neighbourhood and a very big supermarket next door. Our bathroom was curious because there was literally no room between shower and toilet
Only one big minus is the passing of the trains, almost next door was a train station, so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to train noise and two mosques, beginning at 4.30 in the morning.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the only real good thing about Aifu Resort. It is definitely not a resort. Sea view is barely side view. Rooms are very poor. Parking is miserable. No beach in the first place. Had to leave early one day from a 3 night trip.

The rooms are quite big enough for families. There is challenges in parking slots. Restaurant need attention to the cleanness of cups. Although the rooms is clean but towels were stained. WC maintenance was missed
