The experience from checking in to check out is very very good, very friendly staff and welcoming, special thanks to Sherin, Am and Ahmed at the reception, I had a amazing massage and my back muscle issue was fixed, many thanks to the spa team as well, the gentleman in charge at the breakfast restaurant ( sorry for not remembering his name he wears glasses) is very attentive and professional, thank you all for making my 3 nights very comfortable, will definitely come back soon.

The front office time is so nice and professional and the location of the hotel is fascinated .... I think is best place to spend it in the weekend again thanks alot for the great efforts to give me and my family this perfect service
I was in honey moon in royal suite 532 ..it was so excited suite with fantastic view of marking lake...i have Jacuzzi in the suite.
Pool view and huge garden... Open buffet breakfast and dinner..high speed internet to communicate with my family.. . Kids corner good for kids.
