Horrible horrible hotel!! Can't even be called a hotel. Broken bed, no towels in room. We stayed for two hours and then we changed the hotel. I could not sleep there! We changed to the bigger hotel Riadh Palms, and it was much nicer and much better.

Hotel is in a great location right on the beach
Hotel used to be grand, but now past its sell by date
You get service if you tip the staff, other than that forget it
Food during dinner and lunch was ok, breakfast was not ok

This is NOT the Riadh Palms. It's a smaller, ghetto hotel right next to the Riadh Palms. We had access to the nice pool at the Riadh Palms, but that was it. Our AC was broken/missing the remote so we had to sleep with the window open (which let the mosquitoes in) the first night. When they finally did fix it (the second day) they set the temp at about 80 degrees (F) and didn't replace the remote. We did move the second night to a different room, which was cooler, but the shower flooded the bathroom. We wore sandals the entire time in our rooms since the floor was disgusting, there were bloody insect smears on the wall and random stains on the floors. Considering we paid $85/night, I was appalled. Had I spent $30 a night, I might've understood the terrible condition. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. And the breakfast at the Riadh Palms? Avoid that, too.

Room Tip: I don't believe there IS a good room at this hotel. Avoid like the plague!

The rooms are small, noisy and very dirty. Towels and soap were not provided in the room and the cleaning ladies were not using any product to clean the room and bathroom. I could expect this level from an hostel but not for an hotel that charges this amount of money.
