This place might be very touristy, but definitely worth a visit. It has a beautiful view on the poolside and the beach.

The food was good, we had a.o. the tuna tartar and that was really heaven.

For my liking food came a bit fast, but that seems to be their concept, it is not a accomodation where you will spend your whole evening dining.

Great service. Great food, just amazing. Great variety, and some really innovative dishes. Try the Sangria, a great twist on what you expect.

Ramusake tries to give the impression of a laid back Japanese eatery but then charges top dollar while failing to deliver value for money. The cocktails start at AED63 (US$17) which has become the average in Dubai. We started with scallop truffle which is a bit misleading as it should be called “scallops with truffle-flavoured oil” as the only apparent signs of truffle were some minuscule black specks scattered on the scallops. The greatest disappointment was the okonomiyaki which was too heavy with too much flour and very different to the one we enjoyed in Japan. Dinner for two including 4 cocktails came to just under AED1000 (US$270). On the up side, the staff are efficient and friendly. Would not recommend this restaurant and instead would rather go to Okku or Katana for Japanese fusion food in Dubai.

The place is absolutely with a nice atmosphere, Japanese mix of classic and industrial style, and good soul/black music on background. Food delicious and sushi on top quality. Really recommended

We spend a good night at Ramusake, the interior and exterior design is really good, the staff is really reactive (lots of them) nice atmosphere and good food! I recommend the place!
Good tip: dinner and few drinks at Ramusake, then cross the road and enjoy the party until late at Tribeca!
