8 of us visited Jumble so we were put into two teams. You are given a electronic watch to tag you in to the games. Inside each room is a puzzle, you have to look for clues and work it out within a time limit.....if you complete it you move on through a new door to the next challenge and so on. If you complete 3/4 in a row you complete a JUMBLE. If you fail the rooms at any point you have to exit the room and have the option to start again or try another puzzle. The venue is made up of shipping containers....it has a very cool look. We spent 2 hours there and could have spent longer although it was quite tiring! lol. The have a restaurant on site, which we didn't use. Throughly enjoyed it and would deffo be going back.

First Of All I would like to thanks Mr.Yaseen for his hospital and to make our experience really fun! A true gentleman!
Love this place! A must visit place for teamwork, u need physical and mental abilities to over come the jumble only problem I faced was you have a clue before entering one room and when you level up you are on your own don't know what needs to be done and non of the internal rooms are linked with the clues and the room before we have completed which is very much annoying ! And please keep timmer in room which are time based !

We had a team building planned it was a bummer at first coz the website was down so the booking procedure wasn’t as easy, but thanks to Terrance who made sure to book us in .

We were 8, eventually split in 2 teams of 4 the puzzles were pretty amazing. I’d suggest booking the 4hr session coz time runs by really fast for the 2 hr session.

The place is not recommended for children without adult supervision or anyone with physical challenges or pregnant because there are a lot of physical challenges that are not conducive.

But if you are a pro gamer! Make sure you visit this place .

I will definitely be back!!!

Tried this place out after we got to know that it has an amazing offer on entertainer. Basically the offer is 3+3, so you need a minimum of 6 people to use the offer. I would strongly recommend going for the 4 hour option if you have time since we felt 2 hour passed by super quickly.

It's a great team activity and quite interesting. Each room has certain puzzles and you and your team need to figure out how to complete it. Some rooms also have 2-3 levels.

Will be definitely visiting again to get the 4 hour pass!

Short review:
If you are looking for something new and fun as a group activity for a group that is a fan of escape rooms, you will probably be left wanting or disappointed after a visit to Jumble.

Long review:
My wife's sister (17yrs) visits us every year in Dubai. And so every year we look for something new and fun to do. We did our research, found Jumble, and decided to give it a try.
620 AED (150 EUR) paid for a 2-hour visit and booked a time slot.
Parking is provided so that is a nice thing.
The 1st experience in the lobby: a few employees running between groups of visitors trying to explain the registration, but not getting to finish the job before running over to a louder group. 15 minutes later, we are registered, shown to the locker room to leave stuff we do not want to take in with us, and in we go.
A short into is provided to explain how it works, but the only thing that is explained is the green, red, and blue light. Later it turns out, that is what it is all about.

The area contains multiple rooms and obstacles, so you can pick where to go. After you pick and enter, there are little or no hints about how to pass the room. This is where the red light kicks in... Mistakes are easy to make (like leaving the door open for more than 15 seconds), and the red light and the accompanying sound frequent. After the red light, you start the same set of rooms over or switch to another set of rooms, where you also face the red and green light.
Our wristbands bugged mid-visit so we lost about 15 minutes until the 3rd employee we met managed to solve the problem.
We ended up getting visibly annoyed by the red light constantly going off and us repeating the rooms that we left even before the 2 hours were over.
The employees tended to hide or move out of our way, I guess in case that we wanted to ask for a refund or something. No thank you, a review will do!

Our conclusion after the visit was that the whole experience is focused on learned and conditioned behavior, repeated until you get it right (for lack of a better analogy, like rats in a maze). So if you are a fan of escape rooms, and the intelligent solving of puzzles, this might not be a fulfilling experience. One of our group has a background in psychology, so the analysis provided in the aftermath of the visit turned out quite interesting and educational :-).

I do not write reviews very often, only in extremely good or bad situations, this one being the latter.
2/5 and not 1/5 because the concept is good and attracted us to visit, and it is something new and daring, with room for improvement going forward.
