We originally booked for a stopover on our way to and from Ireland. We really only wanted a bed to sleep in and a reaturant for an evening meal. We had booked a triple room and upon arrival (on both occasions) it was not made up to accomodate 3 adults. To their credit it was sorted quickly upon contacting reception. The resturant had an array of food but sadly nothing that looked the least bit appetising, because of its location next to the airport, there are no options close by to buy anything. On our return trip we ate at the airport before travelling to the hotel. Check out can be very busy so its worth settling up the night before if you have an early flight. Allow 3hours plus if you have to check in with luggage at the airport - very inefficient.

The hotel itself is good except for being double charged. I booked the room through a reliable travel site and when I went to check out the front desk guy (Gagandeep) said that it was a lie and they do not get money from them so he charged me again and refused to look into it. Very poor customer service!

I was there for a sales conference. It's a typical airport hotel, it has shuttles to and from the terminals and the usual bar / diner / shop facilities. The rooms are exactly as you'd expect, a reasonable size and functional. The meals are OK. If you want to see any of the bigger malls / tourist beach's / tall buildings / marinas etc then you are a good cab ride away but there is stuff quite close (still mostly a drive though).

when i check in the reception is too busy. staff don't accommodate us well. the hotel phone nobody reply. when we enter to our room its clean and relaxing. but when we start to eat for lunch the food was very bad. its disaster. a friend told me that the food when he check in (feb. 2011) is impressive but now i don't know what happen. no taste and can't explain. other than that all is ok. location is fine. accessible to metro station.

If you are travelling light, need a clean and spacious place to stay within a decent budget and very close to the hotel then this is the most ideal place. The breakfast and internet options are both very good and the staff is quite helpful.

They have a free airport drop every hour which hardly takes 5-10 minutes max depending on the terminal which is very relaxing just before you fly.

If you are looking for a budget hotel close to the airport, and you are only there for one night, this will probably appeal. The room was comfortable enough but they need to move things when they clean. I was looking for the battery cover from the remote and when I looked under the bed there was a condom packet, empty luckily. There was lots of dust and fluff under the bed and the couch as well. The food was just OK, not great. I guess that about sums up the whole experience really.

This is a good budget option hotel. So, if you except it as such then you will have a good stay here but if you want it to be 5-star, then just do not go here. The service was always friendly and nice but just not always enough people. The food was okay but quite average, really. The location for a transit, is great but for a holiday, then only use it because of its relatively low cost
