My family (2 boys aged 1 and 3) stayed for a 24hr stop over. It is a beautiful hotel located on the Palm. Huge beautiful rooms and a massive pool with seperate baby slides. Our son has a variety of food allergies which were especially accomadated by the chef.
We will be back next year.

The hotel is great, however, it takes 10 minutes just to get off the Palm and this soon adds up in taxi fares. There is a shuttle service but it is not run by the hotel so it's often full when it arrives and it only seats approx. 20 people (no room for pushchairs as the aisle has pull down seats). It is a limited service only operating a few times throughout the day/early evening, we gave up ! The hotel has 379 rooms, there were 4 of us in our room so they certainly are not catering for their guests needs. I wouldn't stay again for this reason only.

While I am delighted to learn that you liked our hotel, I am sad to read that there were aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations in regard to the shuttle bus service. I can assure you that we have this service available for all our hotel guests to enjoy. We operate an 32 seater shuttle bus service from 10 am to 10 pm every day at two hour intervals. In cases where the shuttle bus is full, we do organize additional transportation for our guests.

In regard to your feedback on the number of rooms within the hotel, we do have 405 rooms and suites and all rooms and suites have a maximum occupancy levels set depending on the size and room configuration.

I look forward to welcome you back to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in the near future.

The Zabeel Saray, either through its name or through its lobby gives you pretty high expectations of what a stay in this hotel would be like - luxurious with top service.

And it did not disappoint .
Room was a standard sized one, with a large marble bath tub; note: be very careful with any water drops on the tub stairs or floor, as a fall could be very dangerous because of the hard marble edges of the tub stairs. There was no water hose which was weird.
I did not quite understand the price premium for the palm view rooms, as the Marina view rooms have a great view as well.

The hotel grounds were nice, and while it was too hot to walk in July, in more pleasant times I can imagine it to be nice enough. The beach was not natural but we found it good enough.
Breakfast was good, though the Asian choices were disappointing with only vegetarian items; the service was really good with no reques too much for the staff either at Imperium or at the lobby café.

A shout out to Sampath who took great care of us on both days, he went above and beyond his duties.

Note; during peak days, the hotel offers breakfast in other restaurants as well, however the choice is less than in Imperium and do not have live stations. Staff did say items were the same which was not correct, but its hardly a major issue.

There are 2 kids pools and a kids club. Spa was very pricey, but facilities are top notch. And lastly a thumbs up for the wifi; free and very fast.

As with any hotel on the Palm, its not the best place to base yourself for a once in a decade trip to Dubai, but if you visit Dubai once every couple of years, you need to schedule a stay on the Palm for some nights

We went for the 2nd time to this hotel but this time, we chose a junior suite which gave us access to the club lounge.
The food at the club was very good and so were the staff. Special thanks to Sergey, Vinod, Rhea and Dana who looked after us very well. The only person we did not find very friendly was Dany. He never smiled and never looked in a very good mood.
The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff cleaned it very well every day.

The corridors/ reception area and restaurants were well maintained.
The cleaning staff in the toilets close to the club lounge were ever so friendly. Alamghir in particular and the lady who looked after the Ladies toilet.

The only downside to our stay was that the hotel was very busy. They were lots of people around the pool and cleanliness towards the end of the afternoon was not always as good as could be expected from a 5 star hotel. Some empty bottles of water were left under the loungers, some ice lollies sticks and napkins were left around the pool...This is certainly one problem the management should try to sort out. There are so many hotels to choose from in Dubai than if the management don't sort it out, they'll lose some customers

All in all, we had a great time but it would have been perfect if the hotel grounds had been spotless

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the Palm

We spend really good time in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The hotel has everything what you need. The breakfast had all choices of food, we just wish to have gluten free pancakes :) During our stay we had a chance to get few spa treatment. I'll definitely recommend the couple massages.
You need to try Rib restaurant, great steaks! Little big expensive but worth it!

We can't not wait to visit the hotel in October! See you soon :)
