I stayed here for 3 nights and have nothing but good things to say about this really cool little guesthouse. Its now been taken over by an Australian called Paul, and he makes sure you are comfortable and happy with everything. If your not, tell him and he will sort it out, hes set to make this one of the best hostals\guesthouses in Siem Reap, and succeeding.
The tuk tuk driver assigned to me, Mr Moon, was an excellent guide and careful driver.
The important stuff: the rooms are spotless, air con quiet and efficient, staff helpful and very friendly, they all came out to wave goodbye to me like a member of the family.
I had a (very large) deluxe room with private shower/wc. The mattresses looked new and were very comfortable. Its not a noisy party hostal so you get a good nights sleep after a hard day of "templing", the location is perfect, not near any noisy bars but only a short walk into the town.
As a solo female traveller i felt the security was excellent, the evenings are sociable with fellow travellers chatting about trips etc over a cold beer. There is free tea and coffee which you can help yourself to at any time, and a well stocked fridge with water cokes and beers.

Room Tip: If you get a tuk tuk home in the evening make sure you tell them the right hotel name as there is another place with a similar name and they whisk you off in the wrong direction.

We spend 4 nights at Siem Reap Holiday Garden Villa. While its not a 5 star Hotel, it does come with 5 Star Services.

the owner, Mr. Paul is the friendliest guys around, he took the effort and time to introduce several places of interest and restaurant for us to indulge, and he prepared an awesome breakfast too, the portion is generous in comparison to standard siem reap portion.

the place is clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning needs to be upgrade as it is slight under power to cool the larger room that sleeps 5 peoples.

the hotel also have the best tuk tuk drivers around, Mr JIm and Mr Si Moon. they make our travel around siem reap so much more fun and interesting.

they even personally brought us to try "Bon Teh Kon" which is a sort of egg with the duckkling formed in it. it does take abit of courage to eat. and the tuk tuk driver even buy us " changkri" fried insect and dare us to eat, we did and never regretted it. it taste nice and goes really well with a can of cambodian beer.

affordable, friendly and excellent service with awesome breakfast. =D

Fantastic stay here. Steve, the owner is friendly and helpful and clearly takes pride in his guesthouse. Our room was shockingly large and we enjoyed the first floor balcony breeze at sunset with the complimentary teas and coffees. Everything was clean and tidy and it was a total pleasure to be there.

A beautiful villa, located just walking distance from the busy nightlife of Siem Reap. The room is clean and spacious, on par with some 4 star hotels. It is heaven, relaxing in the room with air-conditioned and fan on after hours of walking under the hot scorching sun.

Paul and the Villa staff are friendly and attentive. Tuk-tuk service is always available should you need a ride to anywhere in town or sightseeing. Breakfast is available but need to order the night before. Thank you Paul, you did a good job for our breakfast.

My friends and I stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience. I will look out for Paul and his team at SRHG should I revisit Siem Reap again. We have not complaints and will not hesitate to recommend my friends to stay there.

No prostitutes allowed, clean, free coffee and tea, air con was almost silent and powerful enuf. 13 bux for an aircon room. No breakfast though. Bed was firm enough, which is a real treat in the town where most hotels has rather old and soft beds.

Room Tip: Firm bed and a really nice owner
