Owner description: Grasshopper Adventures offers inspired bicycle adventures of the Siem Reap area and greater Cambodia. Our tours are achievable by all and allow you to not only see a side to the Angkor Temples that many do not, but also to connect with the charming, real Cambodia that lies beyond the temples themselves. Countryside Tours, Introductory Temple Tours and a full day tour to Beng Melea make up our most popular Siem Reap programs. Our tours are family friendly and as the only operator in Siem Reap with specialist children's cycling equipment, we offer a safe and professional experience that families of all ages can enjoy.

We took our three Young children on this tour, and had a fabulous experience. With the 3-year-old in the baby seat, the 7-year-old on the tandem, and the 9-year-old on her own bike, we set off through Siem Reap traffic for the temples. Even though traffic was heavy at times, our two guides did a great job shepherding us though the fray, acting as crossing guards when they had to.
Approaching the temples via the backcountry roads unused by tour buses and tuk tuks set a unique tone for the whole day. There’s nothing quite like riding on a quiet path through the jungle and emerging on a vast, bustling temple complex, and then escaping back onto these hidden trails that intersect local villages, take you high along the riverbank, cross broad, grassy plains where the amber Cambodian sun tinges the landscape pink and orange, reminding you that you are far from home.

Wanted a different way to visit the temples and decided to go with this company. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We went and visited their shop and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pick up was at 4:30am!! As we wanted the sunrise experience our driver and guide were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The sunrise was amazing followed by a cooked breakfast which was very good. Then on our bikes. What a great way to see hidden gems through the jungle. The ride was easy and fun. We stopped for fruit and cool towels. Which was so welcomed.
Our guide Pat was very informative and very friendly.
After visiting all temples we went for lunch at a local restaurant food was great.
All up the ride was 20kms and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend it’s a must if you want a different way to see the temples and away from the road traffic.
