We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the end of our 5 week trip. The staff were very attentive and happy to organise our activities and tuktuk rides for us, free airport transfers on arrival and departure and on our final day our flight wasn't until the evening and they allowed us to check out later in the afternoon. We were also upgraded on arrival. Restaurant food was pretty good too. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed here for 7 nights as part of a 6 week self guided cycle tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. This was the most expensive hotel of our trip and we stayed a week. Service was excellent, but felt a little too formal at times. We had breakfast here daily, which was 'help yourself' to (unheated) bain Marie, eggs cooked to order, fruit, cereal, and cheap bakery items. Toast was cooked in a little oven and didn't toast well. Percolated coffee was ordinary. Our room was very nice with a large format. It was nice to have tea and coffee making in the room. They provided drinking water for the room and would top this up as required, as well as filling our own water bottles for cycling (less plastic!). Everything worked! The sealed concrete floors helped keep the room feeling cool even when we were out for the day and the AC was off. The pool appeared well maintained with plenty of lounges and pool towels. There was a well-timed daily happy hour with $1 beers and 20% off cocktails between 2 and 5pm (Guests would generally be tired of temple visits by mid-afternoon) The hotel provided free airport transfers - often by tuk-tuk, but we scored a Lexus for our departure! They also provide free tuk-tuks into town any time. We used this once or twice per day, despite having our bicycles handy. Sometimes there was a 10 min wait to get one to go to dinner, but at other times, there were usually 1 or 2 just waiting. A Tuk-tuk to return to the hotel is easy to obtain back from town for $3 for 4 people and I'm sure you could get one cheaper if you wanted to. We cycled around the temple sites each day. Bikes at the hotel are free for short use or can be rented daily. They were not well maintained, but good bikes are readily available in Siem Reap and the staff will help you to rent a good bike or organise other transport and transfers. You get a cold towel on arrival back at the property each time, which was especially welcome after cycling all day. The staff were terrific and we were very comfortable here. The on site restaurant (extensive menu) appeared to be seldom used other than at breakfast.

If you stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed. The rooms are very clean and kept that way on a daily basis. Always greeted with cold towels and smiling faces on those hot Cambodian days. A little bit off the beaten track but with a free tuk-tuk ride to town and a $2 ride home, who cares, I certainly don't. The plus side for being out of town is that it is quite so you can sleep well on comfortable bed ready for the day ahead. It can be tiring visiting the temples and other sights so having a pool at the hotel is a plus.
I hope to return soon.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. They couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcomed. We were met with cold refreshing towels and ice cold water each time we entered the hotel. The staff always asked how they could help us. The Spa at the hotel is a MUST! It was so relaxing and the ladies did an excellent job. I would differently recommend this hotel.
