We stopped by this place for desserts and we weren't in the least disappointed. The tiramisu was warm, soft and spongy, had perfect sweet-and-bitter blend. It's really the best tiramisu I have ever had, found right in the middle of Siem Reap, and I'm not even a fan of tiramisu! Chocolate mousse is usually too dark, too sweet, or too fatty, and I have never liked them so much. Not at The Red Tomato either! The mousse came in perfect in taste, sweetness, and its texture was almost like ice-cream. We savored every bite of the mousse.
It was unfortunate we never had the chance to come back for pizzas that people are raving about. Make sure to always consider having the desserts here!
