The hotel is conveniently located, and within walking distances to the Pub Street, Night Market, Art Market and the Old Market. Plenty of food choices ranging from cheap local street foods, to affordable cafes and restaurants.along Pokambor Ave. Across the river, there are more food choices especially around the King Road Cluster(The Hard Rock Cafe). Hotel facilities include a small swimming pool and a fitness centre, Room was functional and relatively clean, a good size bathroom with complete set of toiletries. Breakfast has good varieties but service a little short, due to the crowd as the hotel was full. Staff at the reception were generally efficient and spoke reasonable well. Will certainly stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

Great hotel. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast has a wide variety. Close to the night markets and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I come back. I am recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk to the night market and pub street. Its on the intersection of two major streets so its really easy to find your way back, no matter how far off you wander.

The place itself seems to suffer from years of neglection, but is somehow keeping up appearances. Very strong mossy smell from the carpeting. The gym was well equipped but the odour was so strong I couldn't imagine working out in there, and you have to take a really deep breath of air before getting into any of the elevators. Not a good hotel for people with asthma or allergies. Or noses in general.

The room was very outdated. An old broken shower top will make you reminiscent to showering with a graden hose in the back yard when you were growing up. There's a bath tub, but not enough hot water to fill her up.

Breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible, but with a lovely presentation. We're talking sworms of flies on the fruit, but with a shiny white table cloth below and large fancy chandaliers from above. Food choices were very poor. We made three rounds around the buffet and ended up just having coffee. On the plus side, as you avoided working out due to the mossy odour in the gym, you probably don't need the calories to begin with.

We stayed at the second floor of this hotel which was next to a busy intersection and the noise insulation was not really good. Traffic noise was constant in the room so you have to make sure that your room is nowhere near roads.

The beds were comfy and amenities were satisfactory if you're just looking for a place to spend the night without having to resort to guest houses. Though the beds only had one pillow each and lighting was a bit dim in our room.

The staff on the other hand are incredibly friendly and helpful, which is one of the saving grace of the hotel. Can consider this place if you're not planning to spend long time in the hotel.

Very close to Pub Street and Night Market. Rooms are nicer then reception area which is a little bit out-of-date and very simple for a 4 Star Hotel. Room 214 was clean and pleasant. Hotel has swimming pool. Cigarettes scent can be smelt on the corridor as previous customers mentioned too. Breakfast concept for merely Chinese guest who arrived in Bus loads. Breakfast can get bored after a few days. Overall still a good place to stay.
