At $50 per night, this 4-star rated hotel was pretty good.

The bed is not too hard nor too soft. Room had a safe. Bathroom was quite big with a tub, although the shower ran intermittently hot and cold at an irregular pressure. Timber floor to the room, tiles to the bathroom - no dirty carpet. Bathrobes supplied. Walls between rooms are rather thin though. But we never bumped into any crowd in the hotel, so it was okay with us.

The television is worth a mention - with an extensive menu of 80 (I think) cable tv channels in every language imaginable - plenty of English channels. Good air-conditioning.

The pool is reasonably-sized. The breakfast buffet line is quite extensive and very good. For our sunrise tour, they even packed us a breakfast box - which was more than adequate with croissants, pastries, bread rolls, fruit cake and soya drink.

The hotel is about 5 minutes easy walk from the Old Market or Pub Street area, which wasn't too far for us. Good location. Loved everything about this hotel, although would have loved it better if it was in the Old Market area.

This is a great hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with tea coffee comfy beds and lots of hot water and towels! The pool is also very pleasant for a cool down after a busy day at the temples. Minutes away from the main shopping and eating areas of Siem Reap!

Well where do I start to tell you about the unique experience we had at this hotel. No, to be honest it was not always good but value for money was a gigantic YES!!!!!!!! Really close to town, about a five minute walk away to Bar Street which is bouncing with bars, restaurants and clubs so there is plenty to do but not as seedy as some places in Asia. Yes, the hotel got some things wrong such as the3 in one coffee only offered in the room courtesy tray and no creamer or milk and a few other quirky things but on the whole the hotel was very comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. On the morning we were leaving (really early, they delivered to us a breakfast box -when we opened it at the airport we couldn't believe it - everything!!!) Nice hotel, staff were very sweet and will definately return here if we come back again,.
