I was able to dine at Market during my stay at The Sanya EDITION. For two days, I enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast items at the buffet. Choices include noodles, dimsum, egg dishes, a variety of warm dishes (regional Chinese and Western), salads and fresh fruits, premium cold cuts and cheeses.
My favorite is the noodle station where I usually order a bowl of beef noodle soup and a serving of bao luo fen, a Hainanese specialty dish made of rice noodles topped with picked vegetables, nuts and a thick aromatic broth.
The also have a great selection of fresh fruits include the sweetest watermelon, honeydew, dragon fruit, banana and mangoes.
