On an island where Russian tourists abound, I knew there had to be some Russian restaurants. Thankfully I found this gem, which wasn't easy considering it's a hole-in-the-wall establishment. Hawa (pronounced 'nasha') is run by Jeanne, who despite my lack of Russian language, was able to recommend some great dishes. I practically licked my bowl of borscht clean. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned and the mashed potatoes were some of the best I ever had. And it was a pleasant surprise to have fresh kvass to wash it all down.
I highly recommend this restaurant!
The address is: 鹿岭路口 (榆亚路）(Lu Ling Lu kou). Across the street from the bus stop is LuLing road. The restaurant is the first restaurant on the right down LuLing road.
