There were food crumbs all over the carpet. The bed was made with dirty sheets and dirty bedding. The bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty. Borgata went downhill. Stay somewhere else. Borgata is far from a 4 star hotel now. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Poor housekeeping.

Great trip for all. We arrived around 2pm. Our room was ready. When we entered the room everything was sanitized and very clean. We went downstairs to the casino and walked around. Everyone was waring a mask. The casino was happening and very exciting. Great time.

Stayed with family. The fiore suite was perfect. Customer service was excellent. Nice relaxing atmosphere. 8 minutes from the boardwalk but has a more exclusive vibe because it’s away for the boardwalk. We stayed at the borgata first then got a room at the Tropicana. Totally different vibe. Tropicana very busy because it’s on the boardwalk. Tropicana vs Borgata? I’d choose Borgata for more relaxing upscale flow. If you want more excitement and crowds -go to the Tropicana

This place, what a dismal faux luxury experience. You wait in a long line to check in, then you wait in a long line at the Mlife desk to get your card activated (I get to use the priority line at MLife and they left everyone standing in it while they waited on all the non-priority folks first! Hahahaha. Joke's on me). Went to use my card and it only worked in about a third of the slots, Mlife desk closed so what can you do but lose 2/3rds of the credit for your play. I pressed the service button on each machine I played hoping a tech would come over and maybe help me, no one answered the service lights all night.

The you'll wait on line for dinner. Only one place open after midnight and it took almost an hour to get a BLT and a Tuna melt. It was fine, we got to wait with a full on junkie couple who kept coughing all over the place.

Sure there are lots of slots, most of them really really old. You'll wait here too. After 6 hours of gambling we saw the cocktail waitress twice and one of those times I got up and chased here down. We actually left to go to another casino where we could get drinks with our slot play.

The room was fine, starting to show its age. The pillows were ridiculous. Please make your board of directors and families use those pillows and I bet they'll be replaced ASAP. The best of the room was the actually nice bathroom and shower....let down by no one ever cleaning behind the door - like inches of black dirt and dust. No housekeeper, housekeeping manager, director etc, ever checks behind the door?!?!?!

and finally the smallest of things, but a big slap in the face. When you put your slot slip into the payment machine to get your cash they won't give you the change. If you want change you have to go wait in line at the in person cashier to get it. LOL LOL. So you spend hundreds or thousands and they are like, "Nope, those 16 cents are ours too. sucker!"

We brought clothes to stay a second night if we were having fun, we left ASAP first thing in the morning. I even had a $25 food credit from playing MyVegas, but couldn't stand being in this joke of a casino another second and just abandoned it. Has to be MGM's worst property.

Room tip: pick another hotel
