The facility is located right on the boardwalk with a non obvious entrance on the boardwalk. Access to the beach was easy. The room was clean. Silverware count was off, to many spoons and not enough knives. The inside of the facility was clean and the poor area was clean. The biggest problem inside were the elevators. Their was always a line and watching the indicator on the ground floor it seemed that elevators would just sit on one floor for a long time. I finally figured that out when I saw that staff would block the elevator door so that they didn't have to wait for another one. Annoying for all. The parking lot is a tight fit for larger vehicles. The only obnoxious person was the parking lot attendant. Outside cleanliness is a different story. I noticed a hypodermic needle sitting on the rocks next to the walkway from the road entrance to the beach on the first day. It stayed their all week. As for Atlantic City itself you need to be careful where you go. Boardwalk is OK but you can quickly walk into a so so zone away from the boardwalk.

Let’s start with the positives:
1. Location, you can’t beat being on the boardwalk and this was the best part
2. View from the room was spectacular and breathtaking
3. Penthouse had two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and televisions
4. Some staff (mechanic) were super nice and chatty

Negatives:
1. Check-in - we were staying at palace suites but there is no way to know that the line in the lobby is not for that company, you have to go to a small room in the back instead. We waited 20min before being told that
2. Bellhop - this hotel does not allow you to bring carts up and down so you either lug all your stuff yourself or have a bellhop do it, but that could take some time on a busy checkin day
3. Elevators - this hotel has 31 floors and only 3 elevators! They weren’t always working all at once either and often get locked on floors for the bellhops. Very inconvenient and usually extremely time consuming.
4. Cleanliness - Being that we purchased a penthouse we were shocked at the condition of the room when we arrived. There were stains in various places that had just been ignored, paint chipping in various places, the panoramic windows were great but pretty dirty and streaky. The refrigerator was ancient and rusty with a broken ice maker, seriously just buy a new one. Other than that, some missing hooks and dirty dishes in the cabinets.
5. Lack of basic essentials - this hotel trusts NO ONE. You aren’t provided any coffee in the rooms although you have a pot. They have coffee downstairs starting at 8am with no creamer, powder only. There are no paper towels or hand towels even though they require you to do dishes before you leave otherwise they charge you. Very minimal items here.
6. Security deposit - be warned that in addition to the room charge, they also charge $110 security deposit in case of damages, etc. this stays on your card until you check out and then it’s another 5-7 days. They also charge $5 per key card.

Hotel suite was clean if not fancy. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was frustrating as baggage attendants would not let you use a baggage cart. They actually took one from me as I heading to my room to load up. To have them assist was slow (hour long wait). Only 3 elevators for 30 floors. Had to wait up to 10 minutes regularly. Overall a nice week. Great location,,, central on Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Very bad experience with this resort, problems with elevators, problems with cleaning in the room, old furniture, in general not pleasant. I travel with my family included a toddler of 2 years old who could not stay in the pool because there are not umbrellas, not shade to protect us from the sun. In addition to this the play room for kids was attended for a very unfriendly person
