A budget hotel but plenty good for a stay in Puerto Ayora. Rooms are good size, but no elevator so beware if you have big bags to lug up and down. My wife and I had a third floor room so we had a good view out to the ocean. It's set back a little from the main drag, but not too far, easy walking distance to town and the Darwin station.

The girl at the desk, I forget her name but it may have been Stephanie, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. They only take cash, which I guess I should have known because it's mentioned in some of the reviews here, but not when you book. There is no one at the desk after about 6pm I think, which wasn't a problem for us and there's a way to get a hold of someone if you need help. Wifi was slow, we used our 3g connection often instead.

Family of four stayed at this hotel in early July 2017. Enno and all were very helpful and accomodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of main street of Puerto Arroyo, Charles Darwin Research Station, etc. Nice breakfast by the pool and you can watch the Darwin Finches there. We were very happy with our trip and staying here. We stayed 3 nights, took a boat to Isabela for two nights, and then returned here for one night before heading back to Quito. Both rooms were very nice.

No-fussy hotel, budget friendly. There's lot to do on the island, so you're probably not going to spend that much time there. But even so there's a nice swimming pool area to hang on to. Simple but good breakfast. The owners leave at 5h30 PM so be sure not to forget your keys, otherwise you're going to be locked out.

Room Tip: Top level rooms might have a nicer view.

Definetly the top of the top. Best hotel ever! Great crew! They explained us everything at the moment we got into the hotel. Enno speaks german, awesome Spanish and English. We understood perfectly and thank them (Jerome as well) we had a beautiful time in Santa Cruz. Than you for your kindness and hospitality. Titi and Cinthia!

The hotel is not on the main street but it is close enough for all things. The hotel itself is not big but it has everything needed. The room is spacious and the view is nice. The staff is welcoming and leaves guests with warm and pleasant feeling. I highly recommend the nearby night market with delicious and reasonably priced grilled/fried fish.
