The Finch Bay Hotel restaurant is excellent. It was a welcome retreat after 5 long days of exploring. The food taste and presentation were outstanding without exception. I've never eaten bread that melts in your mouth but their bread does just that. Each night we ordered the 4-course daily menu and for the most part picked the local fresh fish as our main. The sesame encrusted tuna was my absolute favorite. The fresh herbs are grown on the property. We learned that the chef had recently received a prestigious culinary award. So deserving! And what a special surprise on our last night when Renato, the property's new manager set up a special table for us out by the pool overlooking the bay. Renato, the maitre'd and the close attention of our waiter, made it a night to remember. The restaurant also supplied the meals for 2 of our snorkeling trips on the Sea Lion, Finch Bay's Cruiser, which took us on day trips. We'll never forget our stay at Finch Bay. We were made to feel very special.
