My first visit to Balton's was in 2011 during the off-season (June). Since then, I have been back every year during the December - January period.
Tony (manages the Restaurant located near Park Hyatt) and Balthazar (manages the Beach shack near Royal Orchid and Kenilworth) continue to run the two establishments very efficiently, assisted by their family members.
Most evenings began at the Beach shack during sunset and ended at the Restaurant. The Goan curries and grilled seafood are excellent. So are the starters. A wide variety of drinks is available.
