I had stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is located away from NH -8 near the 32nd milestone. Front office was very slow although it was pre booked. There is free wifi in the rooms but pretty slow. The food is not great to write about. The complimentary breakfast served has limited spread. Check out was faster.
This hotel has some good points. A lot of money has been spent on infrastructure; but the maintenance does not match it. If my colleague had an electricity failure in her room during midnight, it was not an exception, since the story repeated itself the next night!
In all the rooms, you have a big glass wall in the bathroom - perhaps so that you could watch TV from there! The same "facility" however, was in a room, where you could watch only your cupboard, which stood tall in between.
It is the only hotel, I have ever stayed inn, where they expected me to order dinner without proving the menu card, because those had "exhausted"!
And of course, there promise has no meaning! The bill, which they promised to email me, never came in spite of several reminders through email, website and even a personal visit. The senior manager was quite apologetic, sought another chance to be given, invited for a complimentary dinner; but..... the bill never came!
This is a decent spa hotel located in Gurgaon. This hotel is rated as a five star property but would fall short when compared with other five star hotels. However, the tariffs are quite reasonable and the spa is excellent.
Stayed at galaxy hotel for 1 night.I booked club room after checking the pics from hotels website and why I have chosen this hotel was as they have jacuzzi in the bathrooms .But as soon as I aarived their ,it was not the same room which I have checked from hotel website.We esclated same and they said that the room which is showing in website is suite room .After a long discussion they have given us suite room which was same as shown in the website.And the room was amazing and jacuzzi was extraordinary good .I dont know about other room categories of this hotel but their suite rooms are amazing.When I visted this hotel pool was not working and lobby was not clean.Breakfast was good,they have varieties in their breakfast and also the food was tasty .This hotel is adjoint to mall as well.My stay was good.But overall experience was not satisfactory .
The Galaxy hotel and spa is strategically located in proximity to NH8. The place is adequate and can do with a little betterment of amenities. The staff is helpful to your needs. A good place for business meetings.
The galaxy hotel, just 20 minutes drive from igi and adjacent to highway. Good parking space. Got a nice deal online, checkin was quick but the room first checked in on 3rd floor was average, we asked the front desk for room change. The manger on duty was very supportive and gave us a better room on 2nd floor. Room service food is also good. Hotels staff, food and location are the only reasons to stay, rooms are not that great shown in pictures online. Anyhow we had a good stay just because of the reception staff and manager. Recommended for a night stay if you don't find good deal in other hotels.
