Dear Mr. Parmar,

Thank you for reviewing us!!

We are happy to know that you had a comfortable stay with us and that you enjoyed our food and service.
As rightly mentioned we are an excellent property to host weddings, offering a number of venues, a 300 plus year old Temple on campus and a huge open green space along with two air conditioned halls. Once again thank you for choosing to stay with us.

We look forward to welcoming you again at WelcomHeritage Ramgarh!

A big thank you and regards...

Dear all if you want to experience the Royal era gone by this is the place to come and feel like Royalty.A wonderfully restored Palace with almost 3 century old history . The witness a 325 years old Banyan Tree. A perfect destination for a memorable time with family and friends. The best part is the management is still with the Royal family and they are involved in day to day running of the property so you can experience personalised service although they have tied up with Welcome group. The staff is ultra courteous, food is excellent you get crisp and fresh breads of your choice at your table at every meal. The hygien level of the place matches the best. The Room's are very comfortable with all the modern amenities . We travelled in a group and I must appreciate Mr Abhijeet and the entire staff for making our stay a memorable one. Ramgarh Heritage is a place where memories are created and the experience is cherished.

The resort was a weekend getaway. So we were looking for a quite place a bit away from the main town. The resort is basically a 300 years old property which has been beautifully converted maintaining the historical elegance. The look is that of old forts and Quila's or more like what palace's looked like and the decor of the hotel has been done to maintain the look. The bit downside is the entrance to the resort, as one needs to go into a by lane which we weren't expecting but once inside you do see the grandeur.

The location is also very convenient as it is just of the National Highway.

The room are very big and clean with all the basic amenities that one expects from a good hotel. The service is extremely quick and the dinning room called the Diwan-Khana provides limited multi-cuisine menu but the food is great to taste.

The only problem is that they don't have many services like a Spa/jacuzzi which would be a great for a resort.Thee pool is suitable for kids as it is extremely small for such a big resort. The gym is also lacking a lot of equipment as 2 treadmills and yoga mats don't qualify it as a gym.I personally don't need one but for people who religiously exercise will face a tough time.

But all in all it is a must stay place.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the service very good, food is excellent and it is one of the few Heritage places with a lift. I advise it to anyone who loves culture, history and comfort. I hope to return there.

We recently stayed overnight at this Heritage Property on our way to Kasuli. The hotel though a very wonderful property, is located far away from the city. We were possibly the only residents of the hotel and the kitchen was almost non functional even though the staff tried to provide the ordered dishes. The tomato soup that we ordered was too sweet and tasted like diluted tomato ketchup. The breakfast was again a bad experience as there was a very limited menu range to select from.
Perhaps we would have been better off had we selected the ITC welcomhotel in Panchkula. The Ramgarh Heritage needs to improve a lot in terms of quality and variety of food being offered to its guests.

Dear Mr. Gupta,

Thank you for reviewing us. We are happy to know that you liked the property. Please do accept our apologies for the tomato soup for which you had raised the concern while in the Hotel too and it was promptly replaced. We have taken corrective action to ensure that this instance is not repeated in the future. Our breakfast range includes a cold section, a selection of hot items to choose from, a selection of beverages, both hot and cold. All the items are prepared fresh. On days when we face low occupancy, we do not lay out the full Buffet in the interest of preventing wastage and spoilage. We serve the entire variety to our esteemed guests on the table itself with personalized service. Guests are free to order as many items and as much in quantity as they require as per their choice. Once again we do look forward to welcoming you at WelcomHeritage Ramgarh.
