It's not a 4-star property. It's 2-star property but clean and safe. we recently stayed there for 3 days. i don't recommend.
Pros:-
1. The location is okay close to Mall road and Hadimba temple.
2. HouseKeeping staff is good and polite.
3. good Parking space for your vehicles.
4. Rooms are big.

Negatives

1. Bed linen was dirty we asked to replace.
2. Kitchen and front office is very rude and not cooperative.
3. They love a word called "NO".
a. We asked cab for local sightseeing they declined.
b. We checked out at 4 am instead of 12 pm and requested to pack a few sandwiches for my kids. (we would be missing the breakfast buffet. ) till rohtang u dont get anything to eat. Room service person was rude.
4. Dont order tea in morning they will simply give you from breakfast buffet menu. (premade one.)
5. No greetings or warm reception.
6. Room is cleaned only once.
7. Bed was very uncomfortable and old.

Room Tip: good location and parking. View is not great some construction is on the back side so u see only construction work,

I was in Manali for the first time with bunch of my friends and I do not understand Hindi, the local language. But believe me, this north Indians are exceptional. They are kind and the hotel people speaks good English. Help us out with our baggage and lead us to amazing wooden cabin type rooms they have with amazing views of snow capped mountains... We had hot water, and heaters to beat the cold up to some level (It was negative temperatures in Manali in winter). In my case, it was all beyond my expectations!!!! Bravo

Room Tip: Go for 2nd or 3rd floor rooms with mountain views..

I stayed at Holiday Heights in mid April this year. The hospitality is commendable. I would especially thanks Mr Lucky to help me plan my stay there. They arrange cab for local sightseeing and to Rohtang as well at affordable prices. So how far is the hotel distance doesn't matter at all. The view from the hotel is just picture perfect. Since the hotel is at height, you have a good vision for both snow capped peaks along with beas river from your rooms balcony. Go for super Deluxe or honeymoon room for better view. Both breakfast and dinner was good. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
