Lovely Hari, homey feeling, comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom, less than 5 minutes walk to the cliff. Whatelse can i ask for?? and of cause, the yoga class. Hari makes the class so comfortable and it suits perfectly for someone new to yoga, and also someone who have practised yoga for years. Hari used to say 'once the asana is established, forget about the asana, focus on your breathing, only the breathing. That's all life is about."
Stayed for 5 days and extend 1 more days, total 6 days. If you are looking for free and easy way in approaching yoga, Yogahaus definately is the BEST CHOICE. Twice a day classes, 8am to 10am (7.30am to 8am meditation - optional) and 4pm to 5.30pm (3.30pm to 4pm meditation - optional). Meditation is an option.
One thing i learnt the most is Meditation session. Meditation also something that concern me the most, but not at all after having the session with Hari. I was wondering whether to join the vipassana meditation, but this is not a concern for me at all after this as i know that i am ready for it. Guidance, tips and sharing that i had with Hari on the meditation were a great help for me to go deeper on the meditation pathway. I am grateful and thankful to Hari for the sharing.
Throughout the 6 days with Hari, from leg pain to backache, from 30 minutes meditation to 45 minutes meditation, it all happened within 6 days. I have seen positive progression and that's really a great motivation for me to go deeper in meditation. Thanks Hari.
You will never want to miss Hari's class if you are in Varkala. Once you have been there, you will know what am i talking about. Experience it yourself. If you are not staying in Yogahaus, you can just join in the walk in class.
The yogahaus is very convenient place to the cliff, restaurant and the beach as well.
Definately will go to Yogahaus again!!!!
Om Shanti Shanti....
