We stayed for 2 nights at the Inder Residency.
On checking in to the hotel, we requested use of the sauna and wet room facilities to help freshen up after a long drive. We were advised the facilities would take 20 minutes to warm up. When we reached the facilities at the recommended time, we found that they had not been switched on. Furthermore, the staff on hand did not know some of the basics, e.g. if the sauna and wet room had lighting and how to turn on. Eventually, these issues were overcome.
Our rooms were pleasant. However, it must be noted that the rooms are not serviced daily, e.g. make beds, etc. Furthermore, bathroom appeared stained.
Our package included breakfast. Some restaurant staff were under training. They were often unable to directly respond to our requirements and had to go back and forth to their superiors to clarify which led to delays in service.
