This statue is installed in Easa yoga centre in Coimbatore. This was opened by our Prime Minister on the Maha sivarathiri day in 2017. This found a place in the Guinness book of world records in May 2017 for the largest chest size statue in the world. The height of the statue is 112 feet representing the 112 ways of reaching the ultimate divine state according to the first yohi namely Aadiyohi. Recently this Statue is included in the Incredible India tourism list by by the Indian Government.

We visited on a hot day afternoon when we could hardly open our eyes fully. The statue is excellent with nice mountain backdrop. The nice chanting of slow songs with Pooja by a couple of volunteers on the sheltered place at the foot of the idol was very soothing and refreshing. Lot of people thronging the place. A must see of Coimbatore.

This place was built out of devotion and love. Every detail of the statue and its surroundings is worth-seeing. The metal structure is very well-done and the linga that precedes the statue is equally beautiful. Queue for some time if there is a line and offer water to the linga. The chant that goes on all day long will keep you calm while waiting... ahhh the chant is engraving in the linga. Such a beautiful piece.
