The rooms and bathrooms are clean and there is a lift, AC and fan. Only a ten minute walk to the temples. It seemed to tick all the boxes but I was ill so I went to bed early. There had been a conference on the floor above and the staff were dragging furniture across the floor. The noise was unbearable. I waited an hour and then rang reception. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The noise went on for 3 hours which is completely unacceptable.

Room Tip: Do not accept a room under the conference room.

Though located in a really congested street, has quite comfortable and convenient rooms. The hotel is not posh but pretty decent, especially to stay with family. Plenty of Pure Vegetarian restaurants in the same street. Free parking in the hotel. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was quite good and so was the service. Cons - quite disturbing noises like dragging of furniture, banging of doors - sleep was disturbed. Though I complained to the reception, nothing was done. Among other Pros - Meenakshi Amman temple is just one km from this hotel. Taxis available at reasonable rates to travel to other tourist attractions in the city. For diehard shoppers - Chennai Silks showroom is just opposite to this hotel.

Decent hotel to stay with family nearby the Meenakshi temple in Madurai. Room was fairly good & clean. Hotel was in central location to reach all places nearby. I had the complementary breakfast here & it was good.

Wifi speed O.K.
Southindian breakfast available(no bread/butter/fruits) only after 7/30 A.M Hotel staff occupy good portion of the breakfasrt hall and discuss loudly their personal and hotel matters.
