We stayed in March 18 for 2 days in this hotel . Although the hotel rooms are good and clean but we had lot of mosquito issue in one room .It was really horrible experience . In another room there was not much problem . The staff said it was because of unlikely rain that the mosquito had come . The services need to improve a lot . The restaurant food is excellent and the breakfast was very good . Overall the hotel is good but need to improve the services .

Room Tip: Choose room with front view with windows

Good hotel for short stay, staffs are polite and well mannered Hotel is located in main city at tamil sangam road 1 km from meenakshi Amman temple. And 1. 5 kms from railway station. very convenient location as well. We stayed for a day for visit to meenakhi temple etc on our way to kodaikonal
Rooms are maintained well ,however need bit of ventilation - the room we got does not have any window or balcony - although the AC was effective but still felt a bit suffocating. Room size also was small and hardly any space to move around.
Hotel restaurant offers quality food and excellent staffs - its a pleasure. The complimentary breakfast was very elaborate and of very good quality.
Its ok for a short stay in case you are not able to find a better option

Decent business hotel with good food. Breakfast buffet spread is good, and front office staff is helpful. The rooms are a bit small, and without windows! But overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

Atrocious! I had booked two rooms for an overnight stay on our way from Bangalore to Rameshvaram. We didn't know that we were going to face these issues -

* No flush water. After they fixed it, the flush valve on the wall kept leaking.
* Bathroom mirror lamp not working
* Bathroom exhaust not working.. there was a foul smell in there throughout our stay.
* Bedside reading lamp not working
* English news channel not coming on TV (out of subscription)
* They did heavy fumigation in the corridors, which smelt like burnt leaves/garbage, without any prior warning. It was miserable to step inside the hotel. Some smell entered the room and stayed there throughout.
* The housekeeping staff was pathetic. They were behaving as if they had been forced to work there.

When I complained to the reception in strong words about all these issues, their front office staff came with two housekeeping people, and the three of them started shouting at/fighting with each other. We felt as if we were in some fish market. The Front Office staff then started arguing with me, trying to justify everything I had complained about.

SHAMEFUL, to say the least!

Room Tip: Not recommended at all

Our family, husband, wife and two daughters, stayed in Moskva Madurai on January 1, 2018. We were on a ten day visit to Tamilnadu and this our best stay! The hotel is situated near to the Meenakshi temple. We went to the temple walking and it took us about 15 minutes as the road leading to the temple is quite busy. The hotel provides premium facilities and services at modest prices. The room service was prompt and efficient. Unlike other hotels, Moskva was very generous in providing toiletries, tea and coffee pouches etc. The complimentary breakfast was very elaborate and of very good quality. The food at their restaurant was excellent and priced very reasonably. The only negative thing was that there was a problem of hot water in the morning which could not be restored and kids had to go without bath. Otherwise an excellent stay!
