We stayed here for 2 nights and although the rooms are OK it was not a great experience. The hotel is beside a very busy road and getting to the temple or where there is anything going in involves taking your life in your hands to negotiate the traffic.
The evening restaurant was good with good food and helpful staff. The same could not be said for breakfast. It was an initiative test trying to work out what you could get and how. Nothing was offered . We had to ask for clean mats, cutlery and tea and coffee. It was only when we saw other people being made an omelette that we knew they were available . They were not offered. The butter and jam needing refilling and had to be asked for. There was not an ounce of initiative among the breakfast staff and they were miserable looking into the bargain. Not a smile among them. There needs to be some staff training in customer care here. The front staff varied but were generally helpful and there was a very pleasant helpful room boy who restored your faith in good service.
Thee was good WiFi and plenty of hot water.
