hotel is very beautiful with lovely view.we had successful Conference and also spend lesure time as well.rooms are well maintained. hotel is safe during this pendamic. excellent staff behavior and very delicious food . Thanks to Sinclairs team for mind-blowing hospitality.

Visited Sinclairs Ooty for the 1st time!
I really don't hav words to express how happy we are! The property is beautiful with a great ambiance.
The resort experience falls into place only with great cooperation from the staff.
When mentioning the hospitality of hotel Sinclairs Retreat Ooty, Mr. Manish Singh (in front office ) has to be mentioned without say, the friendly attitude, strong attention to detail, ability to multi task, team work and presenting positively to convey the right message.
The breakfast is good. Mr. Vishava and Mr. Haridahy ( staffs in restaurant) were friendly and efficient staff.

Recently been to this resort , very good food and employees are very friendly with polite attitude...good place to be with family. Very nice valley view in the night.
