We paid 50 quid for two nights - for what?!. The 'hotel' is down a muddy track behind a mall and, wait for it, is next to a hotel called 'Harshit Hotel'. There are no good points about this hotel at all, apart from the friendly staff, who seem completely oblivious to the fact that tourists have principles when they are being charged extortionate amounts for what seems to be a temporary scam before it's shut. They've obviously been told by the management to wait at your room door every time for a potential tip - even for menial tasks like bringing towels, etc. The bedding was disgusting with sweat marks on the pillows and stained, brown sheets. The power goes off every hour to be replaced by the very noisy generator outdoors, our shower water spilt into our room. We had the 'superior' room - but there was no mini bar, no mp3 dock, no hdtv, as was advertised. A bottle of water in Agra is 10 rupees - they charged us 70 for two bottles (with an extra 10% imaginary tax added). The food was good but expensive too. Seriously, this was like being mugged politely.
