there was no warm welcome, smiling faces at the hotel. the person who showed us the room was not interested in showing the rooms...i liked a room though all the rooms were neat and clean, looked cosy and comfortable...the view from the room was very good. valley view
The three stars i have given is for food only....it was so tasty that after so many years i am writing this review only cos of that..wonderful....me and my family cant find the same food anywhere..what ever we ordered it was tastier then the previous one....usually we go to our own fixed places for b/l/s/d..but this time we use to come back to hotel for the same...even when we went to Dhanaulti we got packed food from hotel only...good luck
PS: there are some monkey trouble,,, but that must be in whole area..

Descent hotel with basic amenities, centrally located, Mall road is only 50 mtrs away, valley-facing rooms offer a great view of sunrise & valley-view. Food is average. Hotel stuff is friendly. Hotel offers a nice parking space.

Room Tip: Rooms with valley-facing balconies are better

After looking at at least 7-8 hotels for a 2 nights stay, we zeroed in on classic heights for the following reasons:
The room we stayed in was neat and clean, had a great view from the balcony.
The washroom was spacious and clean.
It is located close to the library bazaar and the mall road.
The food was not all that great and the waiter was always pestering us to order more which was irritating. But we ate only a couple of times at the hotel as we were out most of the time.
The beds were comfortable and all the lighting in the room worked.

It is not a star hotel but a budget hotel. And for a budget hotel it more than met my expectations. Perfect for backpackers and friends.

Room Tip: Pick a room with a balcony.

I always stay in this hotel in mussorie as the location is perfect, the rooms are good and spacious with balconies. Though its bang on the mall but the balconies face the mountain view and take you away from the crowd. The rooms are in basement but you wont mind as it gets ample fresh air. Food is also ok. All said, do remember its one of the many budget hotels in Musoorie but better than most.

Room Tip: Take the rooms on any floor with a balcony facing the mountains

Looking at the pictures, and the location, while booking this hotel, I was expecting something that was decent and livable... but when I reached the place it was an utter disappointment... the room which I got was supposed to be the princess room - with 3 bedrooms.. but when I reached there... there was a double bed and a make shift kid sized bed...
The place was dirty... and not worth the money I paid for it...
The only plus point was that it was located just off the Gandhi chowk and easy to find... and the food was decent...
