I would like to thank all the staff of The Laguna for their kindness, politeness and helpfulness. The service at The Laguna is outstanding - always a smile in their faces and so friendly. I so much enjoyed it here that I will definitely return.

The lobby is huge and very impressive - there are 3 reception desks, a concierge and a lot of comfortable seating areas. When I arrived and checked in one of the butlers brought me to my pool access room and answered all my questions.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic - I have never seen such a variety of food options before. Besides their fresh pressed juices they offer different coffee and tea specialities. At their different continental cooking stations the chefs prepare typical dishes - so you can choose out of cold and warm options. Of course they also have a table with a variety of freshly cut fruit - you can always ask one of the staff to cut up a fruit if you wish to have something else.

All in all their breakfast buffet is outstanding and of high quality.

During the day you have got a lot of dining options within The Laguna and also about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

I can highly recommend the massage treatments in The Laguna‘s spa and also their gym and sauna.

Their beach have comfortable sun beds and a lovely view - the water of the sea is clear and it‘s very calm as they have got wave breakers.

A lot of their rooms have got a lagoon view or even room access towards it. The lagoon is well tempered and a joy to swim in.

This hotel is great for people who are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation with a high standard in service and food and beverage options.

Amazing resort in Nusa Dua

We went here over the Christmas week. Had a really amazing time - had a corner room with pool access. Not really required as there are so many great pools but was nice to swim from the room on a few occasions.

We loved the bar near the lobby and went most days. The breakfast was also amazing and had great staff and great food with good variety of both Asian and western food.

The resort has amazing pools and we tried them all! Great restaurants, excellent beach that was cleaned daily by staff and access to water sports nearby.

Rooms were very comfortable with a great bed.

Very safe area; felt completely at ease. Quick walk or bus to the local markets. Close access to many other resorts with variety of restaurants.

Overall we loved our stay, especially the amazing staff!

Room tip: We pre-ordered a vehicle from the airport which was very good. Recommend

Good resort

My first time in Bali and Laguna resort. I was so exited because also I expect a lot for my holiday. The resort is beautiful and the service is exceptional. Thank a lot especially to Findini from Arwana restaurant. She is very friendly, polite and spend time for me to talk and tell about the Balinese culture even she is not Balinese but she is full of knowledge. But also all staff are very nice, the food also delicious. Thanks to the ladies from the spa as well, Sari and some other ladies. Thank you for the experience

Check your bill on departure thoroughly

My Mum and I stayed there for 5 nights in Sept 2023 for my 50th birthday. My Dad booked us on a pay for 4 nights stay 5 nights promotion directly through the hotel website, but we were charged the full 5 nights (approx $750 more), as well as double charged on check out for transfers already paid. We contacted them several times but they wouldn't refund the money.

The perfect place for your stay

A beautiful, clean hotel, with amazing staff, breakfast and dinner were outstanding at Banyubiru, many thanks to Kris, Wira, Eka, and Melani, they always make our meals exceptional. The location is perfect and we will definitely come back soon.

Amazing resort

Just returned a few days ago from this amazing resort. We stayed here for over a week and it was very relaxing.

The resort has recently been renovated and every detail has been well considered. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large and spacious. We attention a few of the hotel restaurants as well as sampled others along the beach from neighbouring resorts.

There is also a free shuttle that took us to and from the Bali Collection a shopping complex nearby.

Have to also say that ADI at the front desk was very helpful as I needed extra assistance due to my mobility issues. My impression of Bali is very good and I am keen to return when I have recovered from my injuries. The staff have all been magnificent- so helpful!
