My husband and I just returned after spending an incredible week with who we now call our Laguna Family! We miss everyone already and will be making plans to return. From the moment of checked in to the time we checked out we were well taken care of. We were greeted everywhere around the property by name. Our rooms were amazing and our room attendant Cahayadi took so much pride in his work everyday. The concierge staff went above and beyond as we were coming and going from hotel. Purna, Falerius, Alit and the entire crew was FANTASTIC every day and night! My favorite part about the staff is that they all are passionate storytellers . They love sharing their culture with you, it’s not only the beautiful decor throughout the resort, you feel the wonderful Balinesian/Indonesian culture and spirit throughout! An experience I will never forget! We have traveled around the world and by far this has been our BEST stay. We brought photos home to remember our favorite gifts, our new family!

My wife and I really enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Lagoona. We found the resort peaceful and relaxing it could have been because of the low occupancy while we were there. We are a couple in our 60's and this resort suited as as there weren't many family's with children, the room was very comfortable and spacious . Big thanks to Fila and Yusi for there warm welcome everyday at the Sapphire bar and I wish I could remember the name of the young tall man at breakfast he had the section inside near the egg and bacon section, excellent service and talking about breakfast one of the best we have had in Bali. The Cons, there were a couple of times the service was lacking but the staff were always very apologetic and friendly and resolved the issue quickly. Over all the staff were great always had a smile on there face and welcoming. We didn't always eat at the rest restaurant as my wife is a bit fuss and not much in the way of pasta dishes on the menu so we ate next door at there sister resort which have an Italian restaurant. We would stay at this resort again.

The staff have been outstanding but special mention to Dewi at the Ku Ku restaurant . Her smile is infectious . Always greets us every lunchtime trying to please . Efficient and professional in everything she does . A credit to the hotel management.
