The degustation menu, is highly recommend for both lunch and dinner with a combination of beautifully crafted dishes that works wonders on the palate.
A Peranakan favourite, the Acar Acar is plated with such precision, almost too beautiful to eat, but do not let the aesthetics fool you, it tastes as good as it looks. The Laksa, bringing together authentic flavours of Indonesian curry with grilled marinated king prawn, duxelles of button mushrooms and beetroot infused quail egg so well.
The Octopus with squid ink coral tuille, is once again magnificently plated, the different elements in the dish complement each other perfectly to give outstanding flavours and textures. A dish well worth noting of is the Rendang Sapi, the beef cheek is braised for 10 hours and simply falls apart with just a slice of the fork. Simple delicious!
