We stayed in low season last year so we were able to get a good deal at the hotel.
(+)Pool: the typical jungle view infinity pool you can find in most of the hotels in Ubud.
(+) Rooms were clean and spacious.
(+) Restaurant was really good and cheap as well

Highly recommended and walking distance from downtown

Staied there for 2 nights (we booked a Valley Suite - promotion on Agoda website for 35€/night, breakfast included).

LIKE:
- We got a free Upgrade to a One Bedroom Villa facing the Pool!
- The room was huge with air-conditioner, wi-fi, fridge and TV (just like the pictures in the website).
- Staff was nice and friendly! They took our luggage to the room (several steps).
- Wi-fi worked fine!
- Peaceful and quiet at night! Nice to rest and relax in the balcony (taking a drink and enjoying the view).
- It is about 10-15min walking to the main road.
- Breakfast was ok!
- Two amazing infinity pools with stunning views to the jungle! They are facing the same side, however one is in a higher position.
- Free Yoga classes for Guests (3 times per week).
- Really cheap! Staied in other (more expensive) Hotels in Bali and this was the best in quality/price!

Recommend this Hotel!

Room Tip: Choose a room with Jungle view and balcony!

Tucked off the beaten path and down a quiet track, Pertiwi Bisma is only a short walk from Ubud town centre in one direction and the Monkey Forest in the other. Not only is it perfectly situated but it's rooms and grounds are fantastic too. Our room was beautifully clean and well equipped and best of all it had a bath tub with a never ending supply of hot water! The 2 infinity pools were stunning and great places to relax and soak up the surroundings. The staff were both friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty. I would thoroughlly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Ubud from a peaceful base. It was perfect for us.

Wonderful surrounding , most courteous and helpful staff, personal attention to your needs, neat and clean rooms and linen, good food sums up my stay at this place. I would strongly recommend you to consider this property for stay in Ubud.

Room Tip: If you are willing to take few stair steps go for cottage.

I'm on the fence with this hotel.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for 4 nights in June. The hotel surroundings are out of this world, with two amazing pools. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Hotel public areas kept very clean. Food was lovely.

Unfortunately for me the room let it down. We stayed in a twin super deluxe. The room was nice and big but that was all it had going for it.

Problems:
Air con didn't work well leaving the room moist and warm (our friends on the other hand was an ice room lovely!)
Shower leaked with every use unless you stood with it in your hand facing the wall
Lots of flies and some mosquito's in the room despite all the debugging as balcony doors had gaps either end
Bedding was dirty on arrival and had to ask for a change of sheets. Whilst the new sheets were clean they had still seen better days

We reported the above problems, none of which could be fixed. We asked to be moved rooms but were informed the hotel was fully booked so no option but to stay put.

We weren't expecting luxury but the room did make my stay in Ubud quite uncomfortable (due to the weather 3 days of rain out of 4 we did see more of the room than planned!)

Would I stay here again? I don't think I would due to the room quality, but would be tempted by the staffs hospitality.
