DONT STAY HERE!! Ubud is a wonderful destination, with so many resorts, bungalows, villa's, and hotel rooms. This resort is VERY OLD and Tired. ROOMS were dirty, dark and dank and needed a good reno. The WI FI did not work often.

Parts of the timber alfresco patio and bridge across the lower garden area are in need of repair and actually dangerous. Management do no want to know about it. The restaurant (including cold breakfast) is VERY ordinary. Many guests were complaining about the same things. There is NO VALUE here. DONT STAY!!

Room Tip: Choose elsewhere

The resort is amazing, surrounded by rice field.
Nice balinese show.
Good breakfast but would be better if it was a buffet.
The staff is very helpful.

However, be careful if you book a family villa. Our swimming pool water was green (I mean dark green!)! We noticed it twice at the reception. The first time they told us that it was "normal". We insisted and when one employee saw it he told that in fact there was a problem with the pool. So, the last day they sent the pool boy in order to put some chemicals in the water. But they forbid us to swim in it during 24 hours. So, we paid for villa with a swimming pool but we used only once the first day. The privacy of the villa is non-existent! There are no walls but bamboo shrub fences, everyone can easily see through it.

Other than that, the resort is enchanting! There are a lot of restaurant (balinese, mexican, italian, libanese...etc) and bars near the Cafe Arma gate.

we had wonderful stay in Arma Resort in late June 2017. my children love the scenery which they could walk around and see rice field, fish ponds, birds and many things. it was a great time to escape from city life and just enjoy the nature peace. breakfast was good but not that special. the room was spacious and comfortable for five of us, however it is need to be upgraded in the bathroom and add more toiletries supply

Room Tip: if you are here for internet connection, it will be better to choose room near reception or restaurant

Beautifully picturesque setting, around 5 acres of gardens to explore along with the art gallery. The rooms are stunning too. A photograph cannot do this place justice as it is made up up of lots of secluded areas. The staff treat you like kings. It's only our 1st stay here but I already know this is the nicest place I have ever stayed!
