we arrived at night. the hotel was dark and spooky.
Big room, big bed and large bath room with tub.

but the service and the breakfast is very great. I came with my husband and my daughter, they gave us extra towel and extra breakfast.

the location is very near to Ubud art market.

I have mixed feelings on this place, there were some positive and negative things but overall I found there to be many other nicer and cleaner places for the same price if you're okay to give up the pool.

PROS: Great location close to the centre and right behind the rice paddies, very quiet and you are surrounded by greenery. Included breakfast was small and with not too many options but was fine for us, one egg and toast with some fruit or a banana coffee with tea/coffee.

CONS: Room large but with very dated and old looking furniture, bathroom needs a good clean, in fact I won't actually shower here. Two small open windows letting bugs in, no bins in the room and huge amount of water leaking from aircon. No WIFI in rooms (only lobby). I'm not so fussy about the small details or facilities but more just the general cleanliness could be much better, we were planning on staying a week (the room doesn't get cleaned no matter how long you stay) but founded another place for the same price.

Depending on what bothers you, and your budget, it's not great nor the best. Manager very friendly and pool ok (although I wouldn't sit on the lounge chairs.)

TIP: Only some of the rooms offer air conditioning with the rest just a fan. And do ask for towels and toilet paper :)

The room we were in was horrible. We took the bungalow n11:
The bathroom was really dirty. There were no towels, we had to ask for them. The bed sheets were dirty (not change from last client). The room has a fan, no AC, that's why the room is open on nature and insects are present in room. No dustbin in the bungalow.
The staff was nice with us, the other rooms may be okay but be careful which bungalow you choose because some need to be restored and refreshed.

The bungalows are situated in a big garden area. Every bungalow has a outside sitting-area. Breakfast in loby included. The bungalows are worth the price.
Only little minus point: no wifi in bungalow (only in loby) and our shower was not working properly.

get a privately place to stay for relax, nice and helpfull staff, good enough menu's for breakfast. but will more good if they have menu's for lunch and dinner. clean and every room have their own unique design.
you can enjoy your morning with a rice field view opposite your room
